Is There a GPS Receiver for FieldFox?

All FieldFox models except N9912A and N9923A have an optional (for pay) built-in GPS receiver. So the user needs to have Option 307 and also purchase a GPS antenna (Keysight sells the N9910X-825).

For N9912A and N9923A, an external GPS receiver needs to be used (the firmware should be A.05.33 or later). Three USB GPS receivers have been tested by Keysight.

1. GPS module, Generic USB GPS Receiver Gmouse.
2. GPS module, VK-172. This GPS module uses a u-Blox7 technology.
3. GPS module from Microsoft Streets and Trips 2010 and later. The GPS module uses a u-Blox 5 technology (Navigation GPS 168). However, this model has been discontinued by Microsoft.
