What is the difference between the 8614xA series and the 8614xB series Optical Spectrum Analyzer?

The 8614xB series has higher wavelength accuracy +/-10 pm (8614xA series is +/-25 pm) and faster trace updates than the 8614xA series.

The GPIB command is the same. Built-in Applications are also the same, if updating 8614xA firmware.
