What is RF Coexistence?
Radio Frequency (RF) coexistence measurement is a new technique to determine the ability of an RF device to tolerate interference and still deliver satisfactory operation. Coexistence addresses interference on the same frequencies as the device or equipment-under-test (EUT), as well as other “adjacent channel” or “out-of-band” receiver tests. Coexistence is a new term regarding radio devices and it has very specific meanings. It is not electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) or electromagnetic interference (EMI) testing.
