激光头

光输出功率。其它考虑因素有尺寸、散热和输入功率要求。选择哪种激光器主要决定于应用。例如半导体印刷系统通常有较快的运动部件(平板),因此需要有比机床应用更高的速度。

所有激光头都具有如下特性:

  • 类型: 氦—氖,连续波输出,2个频率(外差)
  • 极化: f1, 较低频率,水平方向;f2, 较高频率,垂直方向, f1 和 f2 之差是参考频率。见下表。
  • 光束输出功率: 180 uW 最小值,1 mW 最大值(5517B 为120 uW 最小值,1 mW 最大值)。可用更高的功率计,请与我们联系。
  • 光束直径: 6 mm (0.25 in) 标准。也可提供 3 mm 和 9 mm 。
  • 波长: 632.9913720 nm (标称值,真空中)
  • 波长精度: ± 0.1 ppm (真空, 3 sigma, 寿命期内). ± 0.02 工厂按 MIL-STD 45663 校准
  • 波长稳定度: ± 0.002 ppm,1 小时 (典型值,真空), ± 0.02 ppm寿命期内(真空)
