BenchVue software
Keysight BenchVue software for the PC eliminates many of the issues around bench testing. By making it simple to connect, control instruments, and automate test sequences you can quickly move past the test development phase and access results faster than ever before. Dedicated instrument apps allow you to quickly configure the most commonly used measurements and setups for each instrument family.

How do I download and install BenchVue software?
BenchVue software is designed as a platform with apps that can be installed into that platform. Generally the best experience is to:
1. Download and install the platform first, , except for the latest standalone app as below:

2. Connect and find your instrument inside of BenchVue
3. Double click on the instrument to download the right BenchVue app.
You can also install the platform first then download and install apps separately using the web page in step 1.
BenchVue licenses included with instruments
Keysight instruments started including BenchVue licenses June 1, 2019. Instruments purchased after June 1, are eligible for a BenchVue license. These licenses can be activated from BenchVue with only the model and serial number of your instruments. See instructions to check for eligibility and activation instructions.
