Dato Gooi Soon Chai
Dato’ Gooi Soon Chai
Senior Vice President & President, Electronic Industrial Solutions Group
Dato’ Gooi Soon Chai is senior vice president, Keysight Technologies, and president of the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group, which addresses the automotive, energy, general electronics, manufacturing, and semiconductor businesses.
Dato’ Gooi is also responsible for Keysight’s order fulfillment, global sourcing, and IT functions. This includes the end-to-end supply chain that encompasses manufacturing operations, engineering, technology centers, and worldwide logistics; global sourcing and strategic supplier management; as well as IT infrastructure and application services.
He was previously the president of Agilent order fulfillment for the company’s Life Sciences, Chemical Analysis and Electronic Measurement business groups. He was responsible for leading efforts to leverage the company’s strength in supply chain and engineering operations across the three business groups.
In 2006, he became vice president and general manager of the Electronic Instruments business unit at Agilent Technologies. In this role, he managed a diverse portfolio of businesses serving the general purpose, semiconductor, board test, and nanotechnology markets.
He holds a bachelor of science degree, with first-class honors, in electrical and electronics engineering from the University of London, and a master of science degree in computing science from the Imperial College of Science and Technology, London.
Vice President, Global Field Marketing
Donna Majcen is vice president of global marketing for Keysight Technologies. She leads a global team responsible for deploying all customer-facing marketing communication, including regional events and digital marketing strategies company-wide.
During her 30-year tenure at Hewlett-Packard/Agilent/Keysight, Donna has served in a variety of management roles across marketing, planning, product management, and business development.
Donna holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Vermont.
Senior Vice President, Global Sales
Mark Wallace is senior vice president, global sales for Keysight Technologies. As the leader of the company's global sales function, Mark is responsible for orders and customer satisfaction for the company.
Most recently, Mark was vice president and general manager of the Americas Field Operations for Keysight. Prior to that position, Mark held a variety of leadership positions across sales, marketing, and channel management.
Mark joined Hewlett-Packard in 1985 as a field engineer selling test and measurement products to the wireless industry. In 1995, he was named global business development manager responsible for sales and business development in Asia and Europe for major wireless accounts. Two years later, he was promoted to wireless sales manager for major accounts in the U.S.
Following the Agilent split from Hewlett-Packard in 1999, Mark joined the Wireless Business Unit as channel manager responsible for global account management and business development into the wireless industry worldwide. He was later promoted to worldwide marketing manager responsible for all inbound and outbound marketing within the Wireless Business Unit. In August 2004, he was named national sales manager within North America and through several assignments has managed all portions of the US and Canadian test and measurement sales organizations, until his promotion to Americas field operation vice president in November 2011.
Mark graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering in 1987 and has attended the University of Chicago for executive studies. He is a member of IIT's Armour College of Engineering Advisory Board.
Lim Kok Kiang
Assistant Managing Director, Singapore Economic Development Board
Lim Kok Kiang is the Assistant Managing Director of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). He oversees EDB’s industry clusters including Cities, Infrastructure & Industrial Solutions, Clean Technology, Energy & Chemicals, Electronics, Precision Engineering, Supplier Development and Transport Engineering.
Prior to this, Kok Kiang held the posts of Executive Director, Transport Engineering and Asia Pacific. As Executive Director, Transport Engineering, he oversaw EDB’s operations in facilitating the development and growth of Singapore’s Aerospace, Marine, Land Transport and Oil & Gas industries.
As Executive Director of Asia Pacific, he oversaw EDB’s Asia Pacific operations which encompass facilitating investments from China, Taiwan, Japan and Korea. Kok Kiang previously held positions as Director of Logistics, and Regional Director, Japan Operations. He joined EDB in 1996. He received a Bachelor of Economics from Tokyo University in 1993.

Vice President, NEMO Wireless Network Testing
Petri Toljamo is vice president and general manager of Keysight’s Nemo Wireless Solutions Business where he is responsible for global business strategy and operations, R&D, and managing customer and supplier relationships.
Toljamo has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with a focus on wireless and infrastructure segments. Before joining Keysight, he was managing director at Anite with global profit and loss business responsibilities.
He holds a masters degree in radio engineering and an MBA from the University of Oulu, as well as a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Raahe Institute of Computer Engineering.

Communications Measurement Solutions
Brig Asay leads strategic programs and direction for the Internet Infrastructure Group.
Brig joined Keysight Technologies in 2005 as a technical support engineer. During his time with Keysight, he has held multiple positions. Brig managed marketing strategies and planning as the Infiniium oscilloscope marketing manager. He was also a marketing operations manager, where he oversaw the marketing budget and managed the technical support and learning products teams.
Previous to joining Keysight, Brig worked at Micron Technologies as a test engineer. Brig graduated with an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University and BS Electrical Engineering from the University of Wyoming. He has published numerous technical articles.
Tan Boon Khim
Boon Khim Tan
General Manager, Electronic Applications, Automotive, and Energy Solutions
Boon Khim joined Hewlett-Packard (now Keysight) in 1997 as a manufacturing engineer in Penang's Microwave Technology Department. He was later involved in the transfer of manufacturing responsibilities from Santa Rosa to Penang. In 2001, Boon Khim took a foreign service employee assignment in Santa Rosa, California, where he worked for two years as a new product introduction engineer on microcircuits for the PNA-L series network analyzer.
With the formation of the test accessories operation in 2005, Boon Khim joined as an R&D engineer developing radio frequency and microwave accessories. He was named R&D and product planning manager in 2006 and became operations manager in 2009. In 2012, he was named general manager of the Measurement Systems Division. Boon-Khim is now the general manager of Electronics Applications for Automotive and Energy Solutions.
Boon Khim holds a bachelor's degree with honors in mechatronic engineering from the King's College London, University of London.
Business Development, Ixia Solutions Group
Rajnish Garg is the business development manager for Ixia network visibility and solution groups.
He is a subject matter expert on providing end-to-end, real-time visibility and monitoring to strengthens organization network security and monitoring insights
Rajnish brings a wide range of technical experience in product management to his role at Keysight. He is responsible for product development and enhancements and continuously works to optimize Ixia’s network performance and security.
Rajnish has received his bachelor degree in Electronics and Communication from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
Solutions Architect for Enterprise Business, Ixia Solutions Group
Jay is the Solutions Architect for Enterprise business of Ixia Solutions Group, Keysight Technologies for the Asia Pacific region.
Jay is responsible for architecting Network Application Performance and Security Resiliency solutions for Ixia customers.
He is the key person for driving Ixia Cyber Range solutions to customers in APAC. Jay has more than 11 years of experience securing wireline and Mobility networks.
Prior to Ixia, Jay had worked in Alcatel Lucent on security and network implementation for Femto networks for various service providers in the world.
Jay has an Engineering graduate degree in Computer Sciences with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India.
Application Specialist, Network and Data Center Solutions
Michael joined Keysight Technologiesn in 1996 (formerly Hewlett Packard) as an application engineer for RF and microwave products in the Electronic Test & Measurement Business. He has held various positions in sales, product support and R&D.
Before he joined the networks and data centers marketing team, his focus was on applications for coherent optical communications. Michael specialty is communication engineering and microwave technology.
He holds a degree in communication engineering from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Dortmund, Germany.
Automotive Solutions Manager
With over 10 years of industry experience in application engineering, sales and marketing, Rick has presented to many customers covering topics such as RF and wireless basics, advanced automotive radar analysis and generation solutions both as a technical application specialist and in sales.
Rick is currently an automotive solutions manager with the Automotive and Energy Solutions Business Segment. He is responsible for the strategy and marketing management for automotive radar, automotive ethernet, and automotive software solutions.
Head of Systems Engineer, Ixia Solutions Group
Agung Darmawan is the Head of Systems Engineer of Ixia Solutions Group, Keysight Technologies for South East Asia.
He leads a team responsible for deploying end-to-end solutions to customers.
Agung has more than 15 years of experience in architecting and designing security solutions to help organizations reduce complexity and increase efficiency
Agung holds a degree in computer science from the Universitas Gunadarma.
Dr. Michael Schugt
Technology Director, Keysight Business Scienlab
As the technology director of Keysight in Bochum, Germany, Michael Schugt manages the entire portfolio of Scienlab projects. He is the central person responsible for current customer and development projects.
In the Technology Business Division, Michael is the central contact person for current customer projects, internal development projects, and the Service & Support Department.
Further development of electric mobility is very important to Michael. In addition to his scientific commitment, it is his interest to see further development in the Ruhr, Germany metropolitan region, in particular in the area of electric mobility.

Jun Hwan Kim
5G Market Initiative Manager
Jun Hwan Kim is responsible for Keysight’s 5G and wireless marketing for the Asia Pacific region.
He joined Keysight (formerly Agilent) in 2014. Before joining Keysight, Jun Hwan worked for 6 years in the wireless/cellular industry as an R&D engineer. He has a master and bachelor degrees in electronic engineering from Kwangwoon University in Seoul, Korea.
Aik Chun Ng
Technical Consultant, EEsof Electronic Design Automation
Aik Chun Ng is currently the technical consultant at Keysight's EEsof Electronic Design Automation Division supporting market-leading flagship products like Advanced Design System, Integrated Circuit & Characterization Program and Modeling System, and GoldenGate.
He is responsible for Keysight EEsof application support and consulting in the south Asia Pacific since 2000. He provides training and consulting to designers working on RF communication applications like defense communications as well as commercial WiMAX™ and LTE communication systems.
Aik-Chun holds a bachelor's in engineering and a master's degree in electrical engineering from Nanyang Technological University. Aik Chun's main area of focus while earning his master's was modeling and design of microwave/millimeter wave components.

Dave is a solutions marketing manager from Keysight Nemo wireless solution product line. He holds a BS engineering degree from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
He has more than 15 years of experience in mobile network testing, starting as a software engineer, and later product manager for drive test related products.

Sean Lee is currently a business development manager for signal analyzer and signal source products based in Santa Rosa, California.
Sean has a master's of science degree in engineering and has more than 11 years of marketing and business development experience in test and measurements as well as the semiconductor industry.

Senior Wireless Application Consultant
Aik Lian is currently the Senior Wireless Application Consultant for Keysight Technologies. He has experienced in wireless communication technologies and test applications, across a range of test and measurement instrumentation. He is responsible for providing technical consultancy and measurement solution for wireless product designs, verifications and applications.
He is an RF/uW engineer by training and has years of hands-on experience in product design on mobile portable devices. Besides design work he has deep knowledge in design validation testing and manufacturing tests.
Aik Lian holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University.
Business Development Manager, General Electronics Measurement Solutions
Raj has more than 18 years of experience in the test and measurement industry.
He has a bachelor's in engineering from the University of Northumbria and began his career as an application engineer in semiconductor ATE test.
He gradually moved on to various other roles, including marketing and product planning. His current role is business development manager in the General Electronics Measurements Solutions organization.

Jae Yong Chang is the senior product manager for Keysight’s oscilloscope product line in the Communications Solutions Group based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
He joined Hewlett-Packard Korea in 1990 as an R&D design engineer and has held various positions in R&D and marketing at HP, Agilent Technologies, and Keysight Technologies.
He received his BA and MS degrees in physics from Sogang University, Seoul, Korea.
Sang Kyo Shin
5G Product Planning and Application Developer, EEsof Electronic Design Automation
Sang Kyo Shin is the 5G product planner and application developer for Keysight EEsof Electronic Design Division. His specialty is wireless communications digital signal processing, and physical layer modeling and simulation. He is also responsible for new FPGA design and implementation flow. He has been working as a system engineer and wireless application consultant for over 15 years at Keysight Technologies (formerly Agilent) contributing to various custom solutions and technical paper development.
Before he joined Keysight, he worked as a system integration engineer at LG Electronics.
