Using Data Analytics to Gain Improvement Insights into Cell Manufacturing
DATE: Friday, October 16
TIME: 11:40 – 12:00
Companies who are looking to set up new factories or revamp existing manufacturing will learn what improvement options are available based on analytics and modern formation system hardware. With this knowledge, these companies can make informed investment choices in their manufacturing line.
- Making the case for creating data silos- formation systems to measure cell capacity, resistance, and OCV
- Examining how data analytics can be applied to the manufacturing process to achieve productivity, yield, and cell quality improvements
This presentation is jointly presented by Simon Englke, Solutions Engineer at Voltaiq
System Engineer Battery Cells at Keysight Technologies
Albert Gröbmeyer spent several years at the MEET Battery Research Center in Germany before joining Keysight Technologies Böblingen Germany in 2018 where he is an engineer and electrochemist in the field of battery cells with a focus on cell formation lines. Albert attended the University of Muenster where he was part of the workgroup of Prof. Martin Winter and received his Degree Diploma in Chemistry focused on cathode materials and anode & cathode surface reactions for Li-ion and next-generation batteries.
