Keysight introduced the P9375B Streamline Series vector network analyzer. It works with the P9336A Streamline Series arbitrary waveform generator, the P924xA Streamline Series oscilloscope, the new N932xC basic spectrum analyzer, and the N5166B CXG to enable complete RF device component characterization. Powerful software apps help you investigate, characterize, and troubleshoot your designs, from spectrum analysis to pulsed-RF measurements.

Volume Manufacturing Test

The i7090 board test system It’s the world’s first massively parallel board test system to test small, high-volume, and highly panelized printed circuit boards. The i7090 has an innovative modular architecture with up to 20 cores to deliver breakthrough throughput in a small footprint. This demo will also include PathWave Manufacturing Analytics software to show how its advanced data analytics provides actionable insights.
New Product Release
Keysight demonstrated the capabilities of the U7120A automated radar test system to showcase high-volume functional test for automotive radar using the PathWave Test Automation platform. The U7120A features one loading tray to support manual or automated loading and can support simultaneous azimuth and elevation rotation. Plus, on-site over-the-air power calibration provides an accurate radar cross-section simulation every time you change your test setup.
