The Keysight N5181A MXG and N5161A MXG ATE Analog Signal Generators are optimized for performance and speed in automated test environments, delivering fast switching speeds, simplified self-maintenance and high output power. The N5181A MXG and N5161A MXG ATE Analog Signal Generators offer 100 kHz to 6 GHz frequency range, –127 to +23 dBm output power range, 0.01 Hz frequency resolution, and up to 1000 ms switching speed. The N5181A MXG and N5161A MXG ATE Analog Signal Generators also feature various analog modulation types, such as AM, FM, phase modulation and pulse modulation, as well as optional serial protocol triggering and decoding.
