Vice President, Global Field Marketing
Donna Majcen is vice president of global marketing for Keysight Technologies. She leads a global team responsible for deploying all customer-facing marketing communication, including regional events and digital marketing strategies company-wide.
During her 30-year tenure at Hewlett-Packard/Agilent/Keysight, Donna has served in a variety of management roles across marketing, planning, product management, and business development.
Donna holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Vermont.
Vice President Aerospace and Defence Business
Dan Dunn is vice president and general manager for Keysight Technologies Aerospace Defense and Government Solutions (ADGS) Team.
Dunn leads the ADGS business for Keysight spanning the entire AD ecosystem of solutions across all industries such as EW, Radar, SIGMON, Space/Satellite, MILCOM, MIL-ATE, High Energy Physics and emerging Quantum Information.
In this role, Dunn leads the solution conception, development and go-to-market strategies across the aerospace industry. During his career with HP/Agilent/Keysight Technologies, Dunn has held a number of customer-facing leadership positions as global marketing manager, sales manager, director of systems and VP. He brings 32 years of worldwide experience in various engineer, manager and leadership roles in the technical industry.
Before joining Hewlett-Packard/Agilent Technologies/Keysight Technologies in 1995, Dunn worked for ten years as a radar engineer for Lockheed Martin and antenna designer for Technical Systems Associates.
Dunn has a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and has attended executive education at Harvard University. He actively sponsors participation in government standards bodies such as the International Telecommunications Union (ITU).
Business Development Director, Automotive & Energy Solutions
Michael Reser manages the business development and portfolio management function for Keysight’s automotive and energy solution business unit. Michael is responsible for strategic and operational sales and business development and solution/portfolio marketing activities with a key focus on current and future test solutions for automotive and energy markets across target customer’s entire life cycle.
Michael joined Agilent Technologies, Inc. (Keysight Technologies’ predecessor company) in 2000 as a business analyst. Before taking up his present position, Michael held Product Marketing, Portfolio Management, Business Development and various management positions within Agilent’s and Keysight’s digital test business.
Michael was born in Marbach, Germany in 1973 and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Stuttgart-Hohenheim.

Senior Director Wireless Solutions
Muthu Kumaran is the Senior Director for Keysight’s Device Acceptance Segment comprises of conformance (PCT, RCT, and RRM) and carrier acceptance solutions span across legacy and 5G technologies. Muthu holds additional responsibility as the site General Manager for Keysight Spain, overseeing the R&D Centre of Excellence. Muthu has represented Agilent/Keysight in various international standards committee including tenure as the Board of Director for CDMA Certification Forum (CCF), an organization represented by major wireless eco-system players with the responsibility of certification of CDMA devices.
Dr. Seema Vinayak
Solid state Physics Laboratory (SSPL)
Dr.Seema Vinayak, Scientist 'G', has assumed the charge of Director of Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL) on January 1, 2019. She obtained the M. Sc. (Phys) degree from Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh in 1985 and joined DRDO at Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL) in 1986 as Scientist B. Later, she was awarded M. Tech and PhD degrees by Department of Physics, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IITD), in 1991 and 2007, respectively.
She has more than thirty years of experience in the indigenous development of high-frequency semiconductor devices and MMICs for strategic applications and successfully spearheaded several MMIC related transfer of technologies (ToTs) to production. Her specific areas of expertise include the development of AlGaN/GaN HEMT device & MMICs, MESFET based 12-18 GHz GaAs MMIC technologies, W band GaAs Gunn & Schottky barrier beam-lead Diodes and Nichrome thin-film resistors in GaAs MMICs.
She has to her credit more than 50 publications in national and international journals, seminars, conferences, symposia, and workshops. She has received several prestigious awards that include DRDO Outstanding Team Work Award for Path Breaking Research in year 1999 for the development of GaAs based MMIC Technology, DRDO Technology Award in year 1995 for the development of mmW devices, and Gold medal & Certificate of commendation from SA to RM in the year 1990 and 2006. Recently, she has been awarded the DRDO Path Breaking Research/Outstanding Technology Development Award for year 2016, as team leader for the development of AlGaN/GaN HEMT Process Technology. She is currently leading several strategic R&D programs of the laboratory.

Mr. Vipin Tyagi, as Executive Director & Chairman of the Board, is heading C-DOT, which is engaged in the development of various projects at the frontier of Telecom technology in the areas of Optical communications, Next Generation Networks and Wireless technologies. C-DOT is also playing important roles in ‘Make in India’ and ‘Digital India’ programs launched by Govt. of India, Department of Telecommunications. Digital communication infrastructure required for smart cities and smart buildings is also being innovated by C-DOT.
Mr. Tyagi is an innovation and Business Leader from Information Technology and Telecommunication Industry for over 35 years. He had founded and led a Company out of New Delhi for 12 years as Board Member and Global CEO. He has headed global business in India, Japan, Australia, USA, and Europe. He has actively worked towards Research and Development of large systems, Organizational Development and creation of high-performance teams. In October 2009, Vipin decided to promote National level R&D and joined C-DOT.
Dr. Madhusudan Joshi
International Center for Automotive Technology
Dr. Madhusudan Joshi has received his Doctoral Degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in the field of Optoelectronics. He started his career with Automotive Research Association of India, Pune in Oct’ 2003 and is with ICAT for last 16 years.
Dr. Joshi is the Head of Electronics & Electrical Group business unit at ICAT. He has worked on the R & D various R & D projects related to optical information processing, information security, intelligent speed adaptation for automotive, anti-glare head lighting systems for vehicles, etc.
He has published more than 40 research papers in International Journals, Conferences and Symposiums. He has also a Co-applicant in 08 Patents and 02 copyrights in different areas of his work. He is also an active member of Standards Committees on ITS, Automotive lighting, Automotive Electronics & EMC. He is the convener of BIS panels related to ITS & EVs. He is also a member of India-GRE and regularly attends GRE (WP.29 subgroup) meetings at Geneva, Switzerland.
Dr. Madhusudan Joshi
Solutions Manager, Radar, EW and Satellite Solutions
Phil Lorch is worldwide solutions manager for Radar, EW and Satellite solutions for Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa, California. He is a veteran in the RF and microwave test and measurement field and has worked for Hewlett-Packard Company, Agilent Technologies and now Keysight Technologies in many positions related to product, applications and business development for RF and microwave network, spectrum and signal analyzers. He has authored several articles related to test and measurement of wireless communications systems and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an executive MBA from St. Mary’s College of California.
OTA Planning Manager
Karthikesh Raju is the OTA planner with responsibilities for the OTA portfolio and engagement with 3rd parties for offering development. He has been involved in OTA standards development since the 4G MIMO OTA development where he was the lead delegate for Elektrobit/Anite for 3GPP and CTIA, and subsequently drove the adoption of channel emulation products with key system integrators. With over 20 years of experience in the wireless and automotive industries, he has worked in the development of 3G, Tetra, and WiMAX base stations. While at Daimler, Germany, he has worked in machine vision (lane detection systems) and transportation telematics programs.
Karthikesh holds a Ph.D. in Computer Sc. from Helsinki University of Technology, Finland and is currently pursuing an MBA from the Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK.
Business Development Director Automotive & Energy Solutions
Roger Uhlenbrock is business development director at Keysight Technologies, with over twenty years of experience in electronic test solutions for automotive components. He acts as an interface of Keysight’s Scienlab Business to the market and the customers. The focus of his work is on close coordination with customers and prospects. He is therefore always well informed about current trends in the industry, about what kind of component solutions are sought, and which test requirements are laid down for them.
Services Marketing Manager
Jim Curran heads Marketing for services business at Keysight Technologies. Jim has more than three and a half-decade of experience working in various capacities at Keysight, Agilent, Hewlett Packard.
Richard focuses on Space & Satellite Markets for Keysight Technologies in Aerospace Defense Segment. More recently Richard has been with Keysight since 2007, working in product management, and applications engineering for the digitizers and modular instruments - working on the Power Amplifier production test systems. Richard holds B.Eng. in Optoelectronics and a Ph.D. from Manchester University (UK) in Optical Instrumentation.
Senior Product Manager (Pyramid Head)
Jit Lim has been enabling customers for over 32 years in Test and Measurement since graduating from MIT in 1986. He has published numerous technical papers and helped many world-wide customers characterize and validate their leading-edge designs. Today Jit Lim is Keysight’s Strategic Planner for USB 3.2, USB4 and Thunderbolt 3 solutions.
Strategic Product Planner
Robert Sleigh is a Strategic Product Planner for Keysight Technologies' Network and Data Center organization. His responsibilities include the development of pulse amplitude modulation 4-Level (PAM4) test solutions based on Keysight’s high-speed electrical and optical digital communications analyzer (DCA). Robert's experience at Keysight Technologies/Agilent Technologies/Hewlett-Packard includes 5 years in technical support and over 14 years in technical marketing. Prior to working at Keysight, Robert worked for 10 years at Westel Telecommunications in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, designing microwave and optical telecommunication networks. Rob earned his B.S.E.E. degree from the University of Victoria.
Product Marketing Manager
Andrew Benn is a Product Marketing Manager at Keysight Technologies. Over his 25-year career, he has held numerous positions in marketing and sales for manufactures of test instrumentation and high-speed semi-conductors in Canada and France.
Johnnie Hancock is an oscilloscope product manager at Keysight Technologies. He began his career with Hewlett-Packard in 1979 as an embedded hardware designer and holds a patent for digital oscilloscope amplifier calibration. Johnnie is currently responsible for worldwide applications supporting Keysight’s digitizing oscilloscopes and he regularly speaks at technical conferences worldwide. Johnnie graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in electrical engineering.
Director of Strategic Planning, Internet Infrastructure Group
Brig Asay manages strategic planning for Keysight Technologies’ Internet Infrastructure group.
Brig joined Keysight Technologies in 2005. During his time with Keysight, he has held the following positions:
- Infiniium Oscilloscope Marketing Manager, where he managed marketing strategies and planning for the Infiniium Oscilloscope lineup.
- Marketing Operations Manager, where he oversaw the marketing budget and managed the technical support and learning products teams.
- Marketing Product Manager, where he launched the 90000 X and Q-Series oscilloscope.
Previously to Keysight, Brig worked at Micron Technologies, Inc. Brig graduated with an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University and BS Electrical Engineering from the University of Wyoming. He has published numerous articles.
Mombasawala is General Manager-Applications Engineering, Keysight Technologies India. Mombasawala has more than two and a half decades of experience working in various engineering roles in the communications space. He currently heads the Applications Engineering Team at Keysight Technologies, India.
