This sample program is compatible with the E4406A, E4440A, E4443A, and E4445A Agilent spectrum analyzers. The application provides the user with a graphical user interface that controls the analyzer’s center frequency and span, acquires trace data, saves the data to a file, and measures occupied bandwidth on a CDMA2000 signal.

The user can change the default analyzer settings by editing the constants in the Preset UserObject. These values are programmed into the generator at initialization.

If you have installed VEE, you can open the sample program by double-clicking on it or by using VEE's File > Open or File > Open Example menu items. To utilize VEE's Instrument Manager's "Load Sample" capabilities with the sample program, copy the sample program and the .xml file (with the same name as the VEE sample program) into the following directory:
