SystemVue ESL SoftwareThe W1906BEL 5G Baseband Exploration Library provides ready-to-use reference signal processing IPs for 5G technology research. This product enables you to develop an unmatched increase in productivity for new baseband physical layer designs. System Architects, Algorithm Developers and Baseband Hardware Designers will benefit from the integrated simulation environments that enable them to investigate, implement and verify their Communications Physical Layer signal processing designs combined with dynamic link-level scenario.

Reference models support various 5G candidate waveforms for both orthogonal and non-orthogonal type of multi-carrier communications systems including advanced MIMO and beamforming signal processing techniques. The reference receiver can be easily re-designed to achieve best performance for comparison against theoretic maximum performance.

The W1906BEL 5G Baseband Exploration Library consist of source code, models, sub-systems, simulation examples and infrastructure components for the high quality, rapid development and verification of advanced digital modem, utilizing SystemVue communications architect platforms. The source code gives you an algorithmic confidence and independent self-documenting reference library that enables you to quickly replace and modify blocks and subsystems to the specific implementation for end product.

The W1906BEL is a C++ source code companion to the W1906EP 5G baseband verification library, which is a regular compiled version of the same models. The W1906BEL is typically updated twice a year.

  • Advanced digital signal processing blocks for 5G candidate waveform technologies, such as FBMC, F-OFDM, and UF-OFDM as well LDPC coding
  • End-to-end physical layer transmit and receive simulation models for system level performance evaluation and BER/FER testing. Includes Synchronization, Channel estimation, and MIMO receiver functions
