The JS-1500 Performance Jitter Solution is an electrical jitter measurement solution for measuring absolute jitter generation, residual jitter generation, jitter tolerance, jitter tolerance for PLLs (non-BERT based), and jitter transfer. The Keysight E5510C jitter measurement system has been designed to simplify these jitter measurements for single and two port devices such as VCO’s, clock recovery devices, clock amplifiers, and clock dividers and to maximize capability for R & D verification and characterization. In addition, with standard offset range capability from 10Hz to 100 MHz, the E5510C provides the capability, flexibility, and versatility to meet changing and demanding needs of the R & D engineer. By building on 30 years of Keysight Technologies low phase noise, RF design and measurement experience, the Keysight E5510C solution continues to provide excellent measurement integrity, repeatability, and accuracy.
