MQA 2017 adds the new internal SPICE3 simulator for fast simulation and quick model QA. Python script is supported to generate customizable Excel tables automatically. The new release supports Spectre native aging simulation and the latest SmartSpice version. Checking functions and rules are updated to support advanced Well Proximity Effect (WPE) and thermal noise Quality Assurance (QA). MQA 2017 also supports Microsoft Office 2016 for documentation and reporting.

  • CompDiff() is enhanced by introducing several new keywords in the function

Improvements on documentation and reporting

  • Support for Microsoft Office 2016
  • Support for the Chart option in OpenOffice spreadsheet report
  • Enable to set the quality of the images imported into the Word document
