The JS-1000 Performance Jitter Solution is an electrical jitter measurement solution for electrical components utilized in optical transport systems. This high-performance characterization/verification solution tests electrical components or modules in optical transport communication systems with accuracy and repeatability. The Keysight E5510B jitter measurement solution has been designed to simplify jitter measurements of two-port devices such as clock recovery devices, clock amplifiers, and clock dividers and to maximize this capability for R&D benchtop applications. In addition, with a standard offset range capability from 10 Hz to 100 MHz, the Keysight E5510B provides the capability, flexibility, and versatility to meet changing and demanding needs placed upon the R&D engineer. By building upon 30 years of Keysight Technologies low phase noise, RF design and measurement experience, the Keysight E5510B solution continues to provide excellent measurement integrity, repeatability and accuracy.
