The Firmware Upload program can used to upload the enclosed .bin file.
The program will offer a choice of instruments with VISA addresses on the PC.

The firmware v4.016.bin can be used to update the following instrument models with firmware version 3.0 or higher.
81606A, 81607A, 81608A, 81609A
This firmware version can not be applied to instruments that currently have firmware version 2.x.
