How to Download
- Download the zip file and follow the install instructions for firmware installation.
How to Install
- The firmware update requires the use of the Keysight Firmware Update Utility. Make sure to install it before you start.
- Connect your PC to the instrument via any interface and launch the Firmware Update Utility.
- Browse for the firmware file “Kt_DAQ97XA_rev_A_02_03.upd” from the zip file that you have downloaded.
- Select the supported models based on your instrument.
- Under ‘Update Method’, insert the correct address to your instrument, and click Update.
- Click Yes to confirm the firmware update.
- When updating firmware, do not turn off the instrument or remove the connection.
- When the update is complete, the instrument will reboot itself automatically.
