Keysight i3070 Latest Software Release
This process will update the ICT system application software. The software require licenses to enable the functionality.
It is recommended to install the latest software version for latest feature and capability.
Highlights of the i3070 10.00p software release:
- Supports the latest Control XTPB card with better test efficiency. Over 40% faster Boundary Scan, Silicon Nails and dynamic flash programming testing and more than 6% faster overall testing on most PCBAs.
- The modern, spreadsheet-like Board Test Insight (BTI) debug interface now supports both light and dark themes to meet different user preference.
- Automation Enabler supports IPC-2591 Connected Factory Exchange (CFX) and IPC-9852 HERMES. Both are industrial standards in machine-to-machine (M2M) communication protocols, available to you at no extra cost.
- New license structure allows software features to be shared among testers via centralized license management, and improves scalability to meet production demand.
