Keysight x1149 Boundary Scan Analyzer Software Release

Keysight Technologies is pleased to introduce the latest software release for x1149 Boundary Scan Analyzer. This is a major release with many features and tools added to enhance your experience in the development, debug and execution of tests especially for Network Communication boards. The objective is to enable you to get the Best Coverage at Lightning Speed.

At no additional cost, this release is available to all current users of the x1149. Whether you are a developer or a production support engineer, you will see new value with this release.
Best coverage is achieved by increasing the support of IEEE 1149.6 capabilities and automatically adding loopback tests where possible. By easily connecting daughter and mother boards together additional coverage can be achieved by the longer interconnecting chains enabled by merging the boards together. When needed, customizable pre-conditioning configurations can be executed by a user definable Insert Source Language (ISL), especially when handling non-compliant IEEE 1149.6 devices.
With the above and other new features, improved software intelligence, and an intuitive graphical user interface to navigate these features easily, loads of time can be saved during development and debug. Execution time has also improved using our new controller firmware version 3.9, giving you snappier test executions. The result is Lighting Speed test development, debug and execution.
