The B.01.31 Phase Noise Measurement Utility can be obtained using one of the following two methods:

  • If you already have a license for this personality you can download the latest version from this site for free to a Microsoft Windows based Personal Computer.
  • If you do not have a license for this personality you will need to order an E440xBU-226 upgrade kit.

Note: This Phase Noise Measurement Utility version is only for use with ESA-E Series Spectrum Analyzers with Option B72 (expanded memory). If you do not have Option B72 the latest version that can be installed is A.01.15 available below. only for use with ESA-E Series Spectrum Analyzers with firmware version A.07.03 or newer.

  • Creating an installation floppy disk set
  • Loading the software into your ESA
  • Verifying the installation
