Downloadable Vector Network Analyzer Uncertainty Calculator

How to Download
Click the Download button and download to your computer either 32 bit or 64 bit installer. If you have a 32 bit operating system, install the 32 bit version. Otherwise, install the 64 bit version. Note, the 64 bit installer will install the files needed for both the 32 bit and 64 bit office versions in the location where the spreadsheet will look for.
How to Install
- After you click the download button, you will have the option to Run or Save. Select Run.
- Both the 64 bit and 32 bit installers place Readme.txt, Change Log.txt, and VNAUncert.dll in C:\Program Files\Keysight\VNA Uncertainty. The 64 bit installer also places VNAUncert64.dll in the same directory.
- The installer places KeysightUncert.xlsm in C:\Users\Public\Documents\Keysight. This is the spreadsheet to be opened with Excel.
- After opening the spreadsheet in Excel, select the [Select Network Analyzer] button.
- Follow the instructions provided in the program to display measurement uncertainty data.
