Description
PathWave RFIC Design (GoldenGate) 2020 Update 1.0 delivers new and enhanced capabilities that improve productivity and efficiency for Silicon RFIC designers. In addition to bug fixes, PathWave RFIC Design 2020 Update 1.0 complements the 2020 release by reducing (by orders of magnitude) the simulation runtime of classical Envelope simulations leveraging algorithms (Compact Test Signals and Distortion EVM) embedded in our Keysight instruments.

PathWave RFIC Design 2020 Update 1.0 includes:
- Introduction of Compact Test Signals (CTS) to speed up EVM computations with Regular Envelope
- Sharing an algorithm present in Keysight instruments, CTS aim at reducing the runtime of classical Envelope simulations by orders of magnitude
- Model improvements:
- SiMKit 5.2
- BSIM-CMG 111
- A number of additional fixes to improve the software
