These III-V Foundry process design kits (PDKs) for GaAs, InP and GaN processes are developed by Keysight for use with Advanced Design System (ADS) and validated with the foundries. They contain device libraries for simulation and layout; verification rules for Design Rule Check (DRC), Layout vs. Schematic (LVS); process technology data; and others foundry specific attributes for the design of III-V MMICs in ADS.

Using these PDKs within the ADS design environment accesses its proven circuit, EM, thermal, RF system, statistical simulation; and unique module level multi-technology physical design/verification capabilities to ensure first-pass successful MMICs.
