How do I update the Scope Connect software and 3000 Series oscilloscope firmware?

To update the 3000 Series oscilloscope to the latest Scope Connect software and firmware, both software packages must be downloaded and installed.

Download the 04.02.10 firmware from the Technical Support area's Software Downloads and Utilities page: Keysight 3000 Series Oscilloscopes Firmware (Version 04.02.10)

Download the Scope Connect software from the Technical Support area's Software Downloads and Utilities page: Keysight 3000 Series Oscilloscopes Connect Software (Version 1.1.26)

After downloading, update the oscilloscope firmware:

Program files->DSO3000 Update Wizard->DSO3000 Update Wizard.exe

Install the new firmware. The Scope Connect software should have installed from the link. Start the Scope Connect software and connect to the oscilloscope to verify the software upgrade. No license key is necessary.
