On the ENA / ENA-L, the "Update Firmware" key is not displayed under the Service menu. What is wrong?

The Update Firmware key is not displayed because the "Initial Registration" was not performed correctly. First, perform the "System Recovery", then the "Initial Registration". The procedures for the "System Recovery" and the "Initial Registration" are described in the User's Guide and  the Installation and Quick Start Guide, respectively.
