Can I use my Infiniium's USB ports and do they support Hi-speed communication?

Depending on the model of Infiniium you have, you may be able to use the USB ports. As of this writing, Infiniium scopes with functioning USB ports only support Low-speed and Full-speed communication.

The following Infiniium models have inactive USB ports. While it may be possible to activate these ports with the correct drivers, this is unsupported by Keysight.

The following Infiniium models have inactive USB ports when the operating system is Windows 98. While it may be possible to activate these ports under Windows 98 with the correct drivers, this is unsupported by Keysight. The USB ports are active if the operating system is Windows XP. To upgrade one of these models to Windows XP, purchase the N5383A Infiniium Performance Upgrade Kit.
