Why am I unable to install E2929B USB driver in Windows 2000/XP?

Microsoft uses digital signatures for device drivers to let users know that drivers were tested with Windows for compatibility and have not been altered since testing. When installing E2929B USB driver, one needs to set signature verification options and install driver as follows:

1. Double click System in the Control Panel
2. On the Hardware tab click on Driver Signing
3. Under Driver Signing click on Warn instead of "Ignore" or "Block"
4. Connect the USB cable to your PC while the E2929B Test Card is powered on.
5. Windows reports that a new device has been found and launches the driver installation wizard.
6. Click on "Display a list of the known drivers for this device so that I can choose a specific driver" and then click on Next
7. Click on Show all devices or Other devices
8. Select "Keysight E2929 PCI-X series" and click OK to complete the driver installation
