How can I retrieve a license key or password for an oscilloscope or logic analyzer software option that I have previously purchased?

If you have your order number and certificate number, you can obtain the license key for your product at: https://www.keysight.com/find/softwarelicense
Both of these numbers will appear on the Software Entitlement Certificate that you received when you purchased the product. If you do not have this certificate, please contact your local Contact Center with the following information:
- Product number and description
- Serial number
- Host ID (see below for instructions)
To find the Host ID of your 16700-series logic analyzer, follow these steps:
- Click Window | System | System Administration
- Under the Admin tab, click About
- The Instrument ID is your Host ID.
To find the Host ID of your Infiniium series oscilloscope, follow these steps:
- Click Help | About Infiniium
- In the top pane, the Option ID Number is your Host ID.
