Component characterization in Microsoft Excel using Keysight programmable power supplies
These Microsoft ® Excel programming examples create a family of FET curves using Keysight programmable power supplies or two single output programmable power supplies.
The example code has been tested with the N6700 MPS, E3631A triple output power supply and the E3632A, E3633A, and E3634A single output power supplies. It uses Visual Basic for Applications in Excel to step the power supply through a set of voltages and then inserts and plots the data on a worksheet. The code may be adapted to other power supplies and devices.
The example code uses VISA COM available with the Keysight IO libraries E2094M or later. You must have version M or later to use VISA-COM with GPIB, USB, or RS232 in Excel.
