The M9536A is discontinued. Keysight has never developed a Windows 10 Operating System (OS) image for M9536A. There is no upgrade path to Windows 10 for M9536A. If you need to use your AXIe embedded controller with Windows 10 OS, please order the
M9537A with option W16 for Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSB (64-bit).
