Why is readback voltage/current different from actual value when the recall function is used after power cycling the unit?

Users may encounter incorrect voltage/current readback reading under the following conditions:

  • Setting is saved in the LOW Voltage/Current MEASUREMENT RANGE; and
  • RECALL function is used after power cycling the unit

This is caused by the default state for N33XXA DC electronic load which is set to High Measurement Range after power cycling causing the front panel display and SCPI to differ from actual value.
To readback the actual value, users need to re-set the voltage/current Measurement Range to a LOW MEASUREMENT RANGE through front panel or SCPI.
