This configuration guide contains information to help you configure the X8711A IoT device functional test solution for Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) 4.2 signaling or WLAN b/g/n signaling tests or both. This product carries a standard, return-to-factory warranty for one year.

X8711A Configuration

The X8711A IoT device functional test solution features the 34999A RF module in a 34972A data acquisition chassis.

PC requirements for Test Automation Platform and Plug-ins

Recommended minimum PC configuration

  • Microsoft Windows 7 SP1 
  • Microsoft Windows 10

Prerequisite drivers and software

  • Keysight License Manager version 5.1
  • Keysight IO Libraries Suite version 18.0 or above
  • Keysight Test Automation Platform (TAP) Software version 8.3 
    • KS8400A TAP Developer’s System 
    • KS8000A TAP Deployment System
  • Keysight 34999A Utility software version 1.1 or above
