1.  Change to N6820ES licensing - now using both Keysight Pathwave License Manager 
    (https://www.keysight.com/zz/en/lib/software-detail/computer-software/pathwave-license-manager-download-3135511.html) or legacy N6820ES licensing (node-locked or USB dongle).
    Keysight Pathwave License Manager has to be installed to run N6820ES.
    NOTE: N6820ES v4.5.0 will be the last version supporting "Legacy Licensing" including FLEXID=9 USB Dongles.  In the next release, FLEXID=10 USB dongles or other method (node-locked, transportable, or floating) will be required with Pathwave License Manager.
2.  Implemented support for Keysight N6831A VLF/HF Receiver.
3.  Implemented support for Keysight VRX (Virtual Receiver) platform.
4.  Change in Exceed configuration to restrict X-server connections to localhost only.
5.  Update e-mail signal alarm task - updated default credentials in line with Google security changes.
6.  Bug fix signal alarm Collection criteria with Recorder & filename matcher (was broken).
7.  Bug fix for crash when Tools-->Handoff Setup-->Detection is chosen in the Energy History.
8.  Bug fix to USD detection (frequency bands from other detectors) with pre Filter disabled
9.  Expanded USD to 4k shape points (A.09.00).
10. USD fix for multiple (false) detection on all detectors, even though only 1 was triggered.
11. Bug fix for wideband detector which got broken when number of detectors was increased from 32 to 64 (using mask64).
12. Legacy USB dongle driver update for Windows 10.
13. Bug fix to Universal State in Energy History being True 100%
14. Bug fix in AgilentE3238sTcpClient.dll for attenuation changing/breaking antenna in GeneralSearchSetup. 
15. Bug fix to ASX recorder's location hardcoded always to valid.
16  sqlVisualizer:
    - implemented getDate utility for obtaining date info relative to now (+/- offset)
    - implemented saveFigures config option 
    - implemented optional graph generation based on columns present.
