What is the service (repair/calibration) support strategy?

The support strategy of the M9485A is the module level.

Repair:
When a module is defective, you can replace only that module. it is not necessary to return all of modules to Keysight. This improves the system up time.

Calibration:
Each module has its warrantied specification. Calibration is done for each module. The M9485A has only a typical performance at the system level.

Customers are expected to return each module independently for calibration. When you want to return all modules with chassis, see the procedure for calibration return with chassis.
