Why is my power meter/power sensor do not come with hardcopy manual?

Starting from 1st February 2013, Keysight power meter and power sensor product will no longer offer hardcopy manuals as a standard shipped item. But there will be a CD with soft copy manuals as standard shipped item. Hard copy manual(s) will offer as chargeable option.

For Power Meter, soft copy manuals include users guide, installation guide, programing guide and service manual.

For Power Sensor, soft copy manuals include operating and service and programming guide (For USB sensor model only).
