What does the “peak” mode“, "base mode” and "integration time" mean on Keysight LED test?

The sensor will start sampling LED color and intensity when it receives a “trigger” command from the testplan. It will continue to sample the color and intensity until a “learn” or “measure” command is executed.

The software will report the highest reading sampled if you set the mode as “peak” mode.
The software will report the lowest reading sampled if you set the mode as “base” mode.
The software will report the latest reading sampled if you choose the “signal acquisition” mode.

  • 0 = SINGLE Acquisition MODE
  • 1 = PEAK MODE ‐ trap the highest reading
  • 2 = BASE MODE ‐ trap the lowest reading

The integration time sets the sampling period. The sampling period is set using iTime (integration time) at 12ms, 100ms or 400ms.
