How can I enable Over Voltage/Current Protection function on the B2961A/B2962A?

B2961/62A has Over Voltage/Current Protection Function to protect the devices. It is effective for preventing damage to the test device from over-current or over-voltage. Without this function, when the monitored value reaches the limit value, the channel will continue to source the signal with keeping the monitored parameter the limit value. If this function is enabled, the channel sets the output to 0 V and sets the output switch to off automatically and immediately when it reaches the compliance status.
