The B2961A/B2962A is supported by Quick I/V Measurement Software in the revision 2.0 or later.
Please check the revision of your Quick I/V Measurement Software by selecting >> Help > About ... menu.
If the revision is not 2.0 or later, please update your Quick I/V Measurement Software to the latest version.
