Can I upgrade my 33500B Series waveform generator to get additional capability?

Yes, you can easily upgrade the 33500B Series waveform generators to get more capability via software key codes. These upgrades include 30 MHz bandwidth, true point-by-point arbitrary waveforms, 16 M samples of arb memory, the IQ Player and NISPOM file security. You can also upgrade to get a very-high stability time-base, however, this is a hardware upgrade and you must return your instrument to Keysight for the service. There are no price premiums for upgrades. You cannot upgrade from 1- to 2-channels.
