How do I find or confirm my model number, serial number, and configuration of options and upgrades on a 33500B Series waveform generator?

There are two ways to confirm your model and serial number and instrument configuration. One, there is a label on the back panel which includes the original model number purchased and the serial number of your instrument. These numbers are assigned during manufacturing and will not change over the life of the instrument. This same information can be accessed with insight into any options and upgrades from the front panel. You can go to the Help About screen from the front panel, which includes the model number, serial number, and the configuration of the options or upgrades you have added. This screen also includes other configuration parameters of your instrument, such as the LAN IP address, GPIB address, etc.
