[B1542A] Do not use a base line voltage of gate pulse exceeding +/- 3V range

Do not use a base line voltage of gate pulse lower than -3 V or larger than +3 V to avoid a potential risk of damage on the pulse divider used in the gate cabling system.


This parameter is used as the “PulseBase” in the pulsed IV (PLSDIV) library of EasyEXPERT listed below.

  • PLSDIV Capt Wave
  • PLSDIV IdVg
  • PLSDIV IdVg[2]
  • PLSDIV IdVd
  • PLSDIV IdVd[2]

 If you want to add limits to this parameter, please follow the instructions below.

  • PLSDIV A.01.03 or prior

Open the application test and set “Min:” as -3 V and “Max:” as 3 V in the properties of the “PulseBase” in the “Test Parameters Definition” list.

Update PLSDIV application test library by using an updating tool linked below. Update instruction is described in the README.txt in the package.
