Why is my N1918A Power Analyzer USB dongle key not detected by Windows7 64bit OS.

To solve the Win7 64Bit OS dongle driver issue, user need to upgrade the sentinel USB system driver :

a) Make sure you are logged into Windows as Administrator (or have Admin rights).

b) Unplug all USB from your PC.

d) Run the Sentinel Protection Installer 7.6.1, and at the “Setup Type” dialog box select “Custom”.

e) Only upgrade the USB system driver, and uncheck the other drivers :

f) Plug in USB key (you should get a "Found New Hardware" message).
