No, the 42941A does not have any test fixture adapter available for using RF component test fixtures with the probe. It is recommended to attach the 42942A terminal adapter to the 4294A and E4990A-120 in order to connect a desired RF component test fixture (such as the 16454A, 16192A, 16096A/B/C/D and 16197A.)Note: The 42941A is not compatible with old 16099A terminal adapter (usable with the 41941A/B) because the 42941A probe tip has a 3.5 mm coaxial connector different from a probe pin on the 41941A/B.
Caution: A 3.5-mm to 7-mm coaxial adapter should not be used to connect the 42941A probe to an RF test fixture because the small 3.5-mm connector of the probe is apt to incur an excessive mechanical stress from large test fixture and, resultant damage to the connector.
