The DSO3000 Series oscilloscope hangs at the first screen after power up and does not boot to the oscilloscope default page. What can I do?

If N2861A communication module is installed on the rear of DSO3000 Series oscilloscope, try disconnecting it and re-connecting it again. The problem should go away.

If the problem does not go away, or your if DSO3000 Series oscilloscope did not come with N2861A communication module, please contact your nearest Keysight Service Center for repair.
