Why do I get a message that a help file or DLL was not found?

This message usually only occurs if you have chosen the “compact installation” setup type or “custom installation”. When certain sub-features like “help” or “importing LIN configuration” are excluded from installation, trying to use these features anyway you get the message that the related file was not found. You also might get such a message if files have been accidentally removed. In both cases, to solve the issue please uninstall the software (your personal configuration files will not be deleted by unistalling) and re-install chosing “typical” setup type, which installs all features.
