How do multiple instruments affect the scan list?

Multiple instruments are integrated seamlessly into a scan list. The scan moves from instrument to instrument as if all scanned channels were in a single instrument. The initial channel scanning order is based on the order the instruments are added to the configuration on the “Configure Instruments” tab.
