How do I change Daylight Saving Time Settings on the ENA?

(SUPPORTED MODELS IN BOLD: E5071C E5072A E5070B/71B E5070A/71A E5061A/62A E5061B E5063A E5091A E5092A)

Keysight confirmed that Daylight Saving Time Setting can be changed using time zone editor utility with following procedure. The utility is provided from Microsoft and is independent form ENA firmware revision.

[E5070B/71B, E5061A/62A]
[Step1] Download tzedit.exe
1. Visit "http://support.microsoft.com/kb/914387/en-us".
2. Find "Download the Tzedit.exe utility package now" and download it on your local disk.
3. Copy tzedit.exe to a floppy disk.

[Step2] Unzip tzedit.exe (revision 5.00)
1. Insert floppy disk to ENA / ENA-L, and run explorer ([Save/Recall] > [Explorer]).
2. Select A: and double-click tzedit.exe to open self-extract program.

3. Press "Unzip" and "OK". Then press "Close" to exit self-extract program.

[Step3] Change Daylight Saving Time settings by tzedit (revision 5.00)
1. Double click "C:/Program Files/TZEdit/TZEDIT.EXE" to start tzedit.
2. In the "Time Zones" list, select a time zone then press Edit.
3. In the "Edit Time Zone" dialog box, specify the correct daylight saving time start date and end date then press "OK".

4. Click "Close" to finish tzedit.
5. Open Control Panel ([System] > [Misc Setup] > [Control Panel]), and then double-click "Date/Time".
6. Click the "Time Zone" tab.
7. Select a different time zone than you edited by tzedit, then click "Apply".
8. Click time zone you edited by tzedit, then click "OK".

[E5071C]
Basically same procedure as above goes for E5071C. You can substitute USB memory stick for floppy disk.

[E5070A/71A]
[Step1] Download tzedit.exe
1. Visit "ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/services/technet/samples/ps/Win98/Reskit/CONFIG/".
2. Copy tzedit.exe to a floppy disk.

[Step2] Copy tzedit.exe to Local Disk
1. Insert floppy disk to ENA / ENA-L, and run explorer ([Save/Recall] > [Explorer]).
2. Make Directory "C:/Program Files/Tzedit/", then copy Tzedit.exe from the floppy disk.

[Step3] Change Daylight Saving Time settings by tzedit (version 1.0)
Same procedure as above goes for E5070A/71A.
