Does the parameters 'averaging time' and 'speed' influence the power control loop of the 81566A/67A?

The user selected averaging time is effective for all internal power measurements; a longer averaging time results in higher accuracy due to lower noise but slows down the power control loop. The user selected speed effects a change of the desired power level, but for the power control loop always the maximum speed is applied.
