The 2-port E5071C with the firmware revision 8.01 and above support the mixed-mode S-parameter measurement with the fixture simulator (just for differential 1-port measurements). On the 2-port E5071C with the older firmware revision or the E5061B with the 2-port S-parameter test set, you can calculate the 1-port mixed-mode S-parameter using the equation editor function.
