Like its predecessor, the 8133A, the 81133A/34A sets the standards for high-speed applications where timing and high performance are critical. The 81133A/34A allows you to effectively test your device under test (DUT) and not the pulse or data source!
12 Mbit Data Memory and PRBS from 25-1 to 231-1
With 12 Mbit memory for each channel and hardware PRBS generation complying with the most commonly used standards, the 81133A/81134A is an ideal data and pattern source particularly for eye diagram measurements or high speed serial bus tests such as Serial ATA, PCI-Express, Rapid IO, etc.
Deforming signals (Jitter Emulation)
The Delay Control Input provides full control over the signal quality of clock and data signals. The amount and shape of signal jitter can be varied to emulate real world signals. Furthermore, the Variable Cross-Over feature provides additional control over the signal performance.
Graphical User Interface
Using the Graphical User Interface all necessary parameters can be easily accessed and modified. Via GPIB, LAN and USB the 81133A/34A can be remotely controlled with standard SCPI commands.
